Government introduces new legislation in relation to carbon monoxide
From October 1st Both social and private landlords will be required to provide carbon monoxide alarms in any room of their properties used wholly or partly as living accommodation where a fixed combustion appliance is present.
As an agency our landlords will be pleased to hear we implemented this policy some considerable time ago as we felt that it was an important to ensure tenants safety .
